For once on your life take a walk to see how many people you can meet and observe what kind of reaction you get from them. No matter what time of the day, month or season it is, you can always find someone who is interested enough in you to go out on a date. Don’t just hand out your number to a total stranger. Walk down the street with a smile on your face as if nothing is bothering you. When you smile others smile with you.

Nine times out of ten you’ll hear people say that they most attractive thing on a person is their smile. Smiling can brighten up anyone’s day. Walk as if you are going to the candy store purchasing your favorite candy. Along the way, someone may notice your smile and stop to ask you why are you smiling? This is a good way to break the ice with someone whom you may end up with on a date. Stand there and have a decent conversation, do not exchange numbers, just agree to meet and the same place and go from there. Then, you can exchange numbers when the two of you meet up again.

Set up date nights, make flyers and pass them out. This will be another opportunity to participate in finding the perfect one for you at the event. Events like this can last as long as you desire it to be because you are the one in control of the party. Make the time early enough to end at a time where the people will not tire themselves out. That should give the people enough time to get around to everyone in the room. A smile on your face does go a very long way. People remember smiling faces.

Go to the park--jog or sit on the bench feeding the birds. Continue to smile as people walk by. It is also good to get fresh air. Fresh air clear your head from being inside all day and there is a need for getting out. People enjoying the night life and at some point that has to end unless you are a celebrity and it is granted that you have to be out just to be seen.

Get on the basketball court. People love to stop by and watch the guys play basketball even if they are not familiar with the game. There might even be a single man out on the court who has caught your eye. That would be a wonderful feeling if he caught you looking his way. He might just walk over to you and say hello. Still. . .continue to smile.

Have a block party and tell your friends to invite their friends. Out of each friend’s friend, there is a guy or a girl waiting in the wings just to be seen. Plenty of food and drinks to go around and keep the party interesting. You can also have a meet and greet for those who do not know each other. It will be up to them to make that first move in getting to know one another. Remember to smile.
